Check in to Plassey Village is at the village reception, which is clearly labelled as you enter the village. The village reception is open from 8am – 5pm; however, if you arrive outside of these hours, there will be a telephone number for you to call posted on the reception door. A member of our village team will then call down to provide you with your room key. Your shared apartment has a private non-en-suite bedroom, a fully fitted kitchen, and living area (shared amenities). There are two bathrooms in each house.
Bed linen is provided, along with a bath towel and toiletries upon arrival, but I would recommend bringing your own.
The launderette, consisting of 3 washing machines and 3 dryers, is available for your convenience. It costs €3 for a wash and €3 for a dry. Please note that it takes coins only and exact change is required. This self-service facility is open from 7am – 11pm every day, allowing you to manage your laundry while enjoying your stay at this vibrant community.
If you encounter any issues in the apartments or houses, feel free to call down to your reception, as they will be able to assist you.
In addition, if you need more towels during your stay, you can purchase them at your village reception for €3. Don’t forget to check for any event details, like upcoming tag rugby matches at the University of Limerick, to enhance your experience here!
If you would like to book team meeting rooms for discussing event details or planning tag rugby sessions at the University of Limerick, you can book from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Aldi is found on Dublin Road (V94 X097), a twenty-six-minute walk from UL Campus. Take Bus 304 from the Stables bus stop (Courtyard UL) to reach Supermac’s, which is a two-minute walk from Aldi.
Supervalu is located on Dublin Road (V94 336X), a twenty-minute walk from UL Campus. Catch Bus 304 from the Stables bus stop (Courtyard UL) to get to Supervalu.
